Terms and Conditions of BetTOM Platform

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the BetTOM website and mobile application, as well as all related services that accept wagers on sports events. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, by establishing an account and/or using our services, you are confirming that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms, conditions and disclosures contained herein.

Financial Transactions

Deposits

Placing Bets

General Betting Acceptance Rules

Odds may change at any time until the bet is accepted. Your bet will be accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any bet or part thereof for any reason.

Maximum winnings and betting limits vary depending on the sport, event type, and market. These limits may change without prior notice depending on risk assessment.

Bet Cancellation and Correction

A bet that has been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided save those situations set out in these Terms or the applicable legislation.

We reserve the right to void bets or amend settlements should an obvious mistake or error occur in any odds, any event outcome or any other situation. Obvious mistakes include, but are not limited to, technical faults, human errors or incorrect data provided by the sports information providers.

If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled or not completed, individual Sport Specific Rules (to be published separately) apply to all bet settlements. Generally, bets placed on cancelled events will be with odds of 1.0.

Live Betting

You can bet live on some sports games. The odds change fast while the game’s going on, so they might be pretty different by the time you bet. Sometimes, the info we get is a little slow. If you bet right after something big happens and it looks like you had a head start, we might have to cancel your bet.

Acceptance of live bets may take several seconds. Your bet will be accepted at the odds in effect at the moment of system confirmation, which may differ from the odds at the time of bet placement.
